Introduction to Ortho-Bionomy:
Cost $5
This is a 1 hour class that covers the principles, history, and concepts of Ortho-Bionomy. There will be time for plenty of question and answer as well as an opportunity for all participants to experience Ortho-Bionomy for themselves. Each Introduction class is unique because I focus on the participants questions, concerns, and comfort levels. For example if I have a person with low back pain I may discuss and demonstrate various movements for allowing more comfort in the back. This is an opportunity to find out more about Ortho-Bionomy and see if it may be something for you to explore further. Class is limited to 10 participants in order to allow each person an opportunity to experience Ortho-Bionomy.
Ortho-Bionomy Mini Class:
Cost $50 Class Length: 3 hours
This class covers the principles, history, and
concepts of Ortho-Bionomy . The class will focus on a specific area of the body with indepth training on that area. This is a hands on class where you will
learn new options for providing comfort in yourselves, clients, and or
family members that can immediately be applied. For those participants
in the Practitioner Training Program this Mini Class will count as a
Study Group. No previous Ortho-Bionomy experience is necessary and the
class is open to everyone.
Assessment: This study group/mini class will focus on applying the Ortho-Bionomy principles and philosophy during a session with a client. This will be an open discussion format with hands on practice using Ortho-Bionomy.
Introduction to Acupuncture:
Cost $5
This is a 1 hour class that covers the principles, history, and
concepts of Oriental Medicine. The basics of meridians, energy, and how acupuncture works will be discussed. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion of specific imbalances that acupuncture can be effective in treating.
